Key Enhancements Introduced
The updates incorporate international best practices and reflect our dedicated to meeting our stakeholder expectations. Enhancements include:
- Stronger leadership commitment in preventing bribery and corruption;
- Introduction of structured bribery risk assessment process in high-risk areas;
- Reinforcement of training programmes on corruption and bribery prevention;
- Clear provisions to address anonymous whistleblowing reports;
- Additional of a political contribution clause to ensure transparency.
These updates reinforce our commitment to ethical business conduct, accountability, and good governance.
