Puan Nadhirah binti Abdul Karim (“Puan Nadhirah”) assumed the esteemed position of Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 February 2019. Effective from 15 January 2024, she assumed the role of Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Sustainability Committee.
Puan Nadhirah holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She began her career as an auditor upon graduation and has 15 years of experience working in an audit firm. She brings with her a wealth of expertise in auditing, financial reporting practices and processes, taxation, and corporate advisory, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, trading, retail, and consulting services.
