Selangor, 6 August 2026 – MGB Berhad (“MGB” or the “Group”), a leading construction, property development and Industrialised Building System (“IBS”) precast concrete manufacturer and subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad, has successfully completed the topping-out for Pangsapuri Saujana Indah, located in Molek, Johor Bahru, marking the completion of the project’s main structural works.
Pangsapuri Saujana Indah comprises two 37-storey residential towers, offering a total of 988 residential units. Tower A consists of 393 units, while Tower B will comprise 595 units. With built-up areas ranging from 590 sq ft to 863 sq ft, the development has an estimated gross development value of RM437 million. The development is MGB’s first high-rise project within the state of Johor, and its inaugural project in Johor Bahru.
Designed to support the needs of modern urban living, Pangsapuri Saujana Indah offers a range of lifestyle, recreational and community facilities, including a swimming pool, children’s playground, multipurpose hall, surau, barbecue station, fitness zone and gymnasium. The development also features an outdoor recreational park with an outdoor running track.
