SELANGOR, 12 February 2026 – MGB Berhad (“MGB” or “the Group”), a leading construction, property development and Industrialised Building System (“IBS”) precast concrete manufacturer and subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad, has successfully completed the topping-out for Idaman Perdana, marking the completion of the project’s main structural works.
Strategically located in Puncak Alam, Idaman Perdana is developed across 10.52 acres and comprises 1,048 residential units, designed to support a sustainable and comfortable lifestyle for urban families. Each unit offers a minimum built-up area of 1,000 square feet and features a practical layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with two designated parking bays. Units come furnished with cabinets and kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, air conditioning units and water heaters, and are ready to move in.
Idaman Perdana is the fifth in the series to complete its topping-out stage. In 2025, MGB had completed the topping out of Idaman Sari and Idaman Cahaya phase 2 respectively. Separately MGB has also delivered vacant possession to 1,448 homeowners in Idaman Melur in July 2025. The company remains on track to complete 7,210 affordable homes in total under the Rumah Idaman MBI initiative, all constructed using IBS precast concrete technology that delivers consistent and high-quality homes. This is the result of the company’s processes that are resource efficient and sustainable with minimal wastage.
The topping-out ceremony was officiated by Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, Group Executive Chairman of MGB Berhad, who commented:
