LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) and its subsidiary MGB Bhd (MGB) have been recognised at the inaugural BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2025, held at Sunway Resort, Kuala Lumpur.
LBS received the award for Best in Community-Centric Property Development, while MGB was honoured with Best Innovation in Construction Technology.

The awards, decided through a readers’ poll, are co-hosted with the PC.com Readers’ Choice Awards. Supported by agencies including MDEC, MATRADE, and MRANTI, the event featured 45 categories across diverse sectors, with a strong focus this year on advancements in Artificial Intelligence.
