On 27th January 2024, MGB Berhad held a team building aimed to strengthen the bond between employees. Mr Isaac Lim, Deputy CEO of MGB Berhad kicked off the team building with an opening speech on Importance of Communication. The key to unity is effective and transparent communication and is vital aspect of the team building!
Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. To test employees’ abilities in directing individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives, we introduced ‘X Battle,’ a series of 10 dynamic physical games. This initiative aims to improve employees’ skills in collaboration, leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
The highlight of the event was “MGB Highway” in which 20 teams come together to construct a functional highway made out of candles which can be kindled from one candle without diminishing it, a testament to the power of teamwork and cooperation.
